Preliminary Design

In the preliminary design phase and with the owners help, we gather as much information as it relates to the building program, site analysis, and establishing a general design intent. This is done through preliminary floor plan drawings, sketches and studies. This phase is very important to establish properly because all other phases are based on the foundation of preliminary design. Although we don't make promises on final costs of the construction because of so many factors that are involved, we do design as efficiently as possible to reduce waste during the fabrication of the building.
